MIAMI, November 8, 2007- Come one, come all to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Miami Dade College’s (MDC) Kendall Campus. Families and the entire community are invited to come out for fun, rides and food at a carnival at the Kendall Campus on Saturday, Nov 17 starting at 11:30 a.m. and lasting until 3:30 p.m. The free event is presented by Navarro Discount Pharmacies.
Among the attractions are story telling for children, a bead art table, a bounce house, a slide, merry-go-round, face painting, balloon art and a petting zoo with pony rides. MDC also invites you to free food and drinks.
For four decades, the campus has made a world of difference in the lives of hundreds of thousands in Miami-Dade County. The community is invited to celebrate this landmark anniversary.
