This course
will provide the student with an understanding of the management and operation
of civil airports. The course will emphasize master planning; FAR (Federal
Aviation Regulations); environmental issues; land use planning; airport
capacity; delay and access factors; economic impacts; financial analyses
and budgeting systems; security; liability; maintenance; professional
qualifications; and public relations.
