Miami Dade College Institute for Ethics in Health Care presented this workshop to the Medical Center Campus Students, faculty, administrators and support staff during the Spring term 2008. This interactive workshop gave the academic community the opportunity to interact and discuss values both personal and professional. The workshop was based on a current popular novel. Please feel free to use the case study and questions for academic use. The college would appreciate that you cite the source of this academic strategy. A special thank you to Dr. Susan Kass, Dr. Georgie Labadie, Dr. Jean Davis and Dr. Ann Lynn Denker for sharing their expertise and time in the development and presentation of this workshop. more
