The Miami Dade College Purchasing Department on behalf of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is pleased to invite you to take part in the 2013 IMAGE Training & Forum Series. This seminar is being sponsored by the US Department of Homeland Security. This one day seminar which will provide employers as well as vendors with important information related to compliance with Federal employment laws which will develop a more secure and stable workforce. In the process, businesses can protect their brand and market share, while promoting compliance. Attached is a flyer providing all the information for any vendor interested in attending. prospective bidders are informed that due to
construction work being provided at the Kendall Campus,
in proximity to Building 9 where the Purchasing
Department is located, that bidders allow sufficient
time between the delivery of the bid and the deadline
time of 3:00pm. It is further recommended that due to
parking difficulties that prospective proposers have two
individuals deliver the proposals, one as the driver and
the other to deliver the bid package to room 9254 at the
Kendall Campus.

Please note that once the ITN is posted on the web, the cone of silence is
in effect and extends to all parties both employees and
offerors. All documents include a purchasing contact to
