Course Descriptions: 

FRESHMAN

MSL 1001 (1 YR BASIC ARMY ROTC) (1) - FALL

Examines the unique duties and responsibilities of officers, organization & role of the Army, review skills pertaining to fitness & communication, analyze Army values and expected ethical behavior 

 MSL 1002 (1 YR BASIC ARMY ROTC) (1) - SPRING

Presents fundamental leadership concepts & doctrine,  practice basic skills that underlie effective problem solving, examine the officer experience     

 SOPHOMORE

MSL 2101 (2 YR BASIC ARMY ROTC) (2) - FALL

Develops knowledge of self, self-confidence, and individual leadership skills, develop problem solving and critical thinking skills, apply communication, feedback, & conflict resolution skills    

 MSL 2102 (2 YR BASIC ARMY ROTC) (2) - SPRING

Focuses on self-development guided by knowledge of self and group processes, challenges current beliefs, knowledge, and skills
