The main purpose of the Office of Academic Programs (OAP) is to facilitate the development and maintenance of curriculum. OAP is responsible for the maintenance of the Miami Dade College (MDC) course dictionary, degree audit system, and operating systems. OAP serves as the liaison for maintenance and review of the MDC courses in the State Common Course Numbering System (SCNS), and reviews & evaluates State & Federal reporting. OAP also provides support for various college-wide academic & student affairs service areas.
