The Office of Academic Programs (OAP) is a service unit within the District Office of Academic Affairs at MDC. The unit collaborates with college faculty and academic personnel in all curriculum-related matters, supports student recruitment, enrollment and advisement through maintenance of the MDC program listings, course dictionary, degree audit system, and operating systems.

The office guides college compliance efforts with state and federal higher education requirements and accreditation, and maintains the MDC catalog in the State Common Course Numbering System (SCNS).

Consistent with the college mission statement, OAP sustains core college values and provides essential services and support to students, faculty, staff, and external partners.
