| The Ringling College of Art and Design is a private, not-for-profit, fully accredited college offering the Bachelor of Fine Arts in 13 disciplines: Advertising Design, Computer Animation, Digital Filmmaking, Fine Arts, Game and Art Design, Interior Design, Painting, Photography and Digital Imaging, Printmaking and Sculpture, and the Bachelor of Arts in Business of Art and Design. Ringling was founded in 1931. It is recognized as being among the best and most innovative visual arts college in the United States, as well as a leader in the use of technology in the arts. |
| Transfer Agreement Highlights |
| An articulation agreement between the Independent Colleges and Universities of Florida (ICUF) and the Florida Division of Community Colleges establishes uniform conditions between both educational systems for an effective and orderly transfer process for community college students completing an Associate in Arts degree and transferring to an independent college or university in Florida. The ICUF articulation agreement guarantees that a community college graduate will enter with junior standing; receive 60 credits toward the baccalaureate degree; and, receive recognition for the general education core taken at the community college. |
