The main campus is located in Washington, D.C., and is regionally accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. Transfer Agreement Highlights
The agreement sets forth the uniform conditions regarding articulation between the Florida Community College System (FCCS) and Strayer University. It is intended to increase the transfer options available to community college Associate in Arts, Associate in Science, and Associate of Applied Science graduates of the Florida Community College System who are seeking further educational opportunities via the traditional classroom setting or on-line instruction.

Strayer University recognizes the Associate in Arts (AA) degree as the “2+2” transfer degree. However, other associate degrees shall be recognized and transfer on a course-by-course basis. Community college students who transfer with the AA shall enter with junior standing. However, the student must meet the specific degree course requirements of Strayer University, which may mean extending the number of credit hours to earn the degree, if the 60 hours transferred and applied do not include all of the degree prerequisites or graduation requirements.
