Miami Dade College
is a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and the Florida Community College Activities Association’s (FCCAA) Southern Conference.

 
 
Teams from Miami-Dade’s combined campuses have won numerous state and national championships since 1961. In 1997, the athletic programs at the school’s three main campus sites were combined into a single intercollegiate athletic program to represent the entire Miami-Dade College system.
