The Lady Sharks finished last season 15-16, and 10-5 in the Division-1 Southern Conference. The Lady Sharks averaged 70.2 points per game, 45.8 rebounds per game and 9.2 assists per game. They ranked 1st in the NJCAA for free throw percentage with 75.8, and 4th for 3-point percentage with 40.0. Sophomore Jackie Blake led the team in points with 593, averaging 19.1ppg, and 10.4rpg. Not far behind Blake was sophomore Kensha’dra Smith who averaged 13.6ppg and 4.6rpg. The Lady Sharks qualified for the FCSAA State Tournament which is the first time since 2011.
