Valentine Negrouk, Ph.D. - Instructional Program Manager

Valentine Negrouk

Valentine Negrouk, Ph.D., is the Instructional Program Manager for the Biotechnology Program at Miami Dade College. Dr. Negrouk is responsible for design, implementation, and evaluation of curricula and instructional materials for the program, training faculty and staff, and managing lab operations. Dr. Negrouk has over 20 years of experience working in biotechnology research laboratories in academia and industry throughout Russia, Belgium, Canada and the United States. Dr. Negrouk holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in molecular biology from Moscow State University in Russia.
