Ms. Pat Conroy has been with Miami Dade College since 1987. Prior to working at MDC, she was an Industry Economist with the National Marine Fisheries Service (Department of Commerce) on Key Biscayne. She is a graduate of Miami Dade College (AA) and the University of Florida (BSE in Math and MS in Food and Resource Economics).

Ms. Conroy has taught Macro and Micro-Economics, History of Economics, Business Statistics, and Principles of Business. She was advisor to Phi Theta Kappa for nine years at the Wolfson Campus. She was Chairperson of Business Professional Studies at Wolfson for nine years and Chairperson of Business, Computer Technology, and Community Education at the Homestead Campus for eight years. She is returning to the wonderful world of teaching. She is committed to the advancement of students and places a great deal of importance on correct and timely advisement.
