This course is for both film and digital photographers! Learn about the best film choices, the best digital settings, proper focal lengths and apertures for the best perspectives, as well as depth of field for different types of portraits. High dynamic range imaging (HDRI) is a set of techniques that allows a greater dynamic range of luminance between light and dark areas of a scene than normal digital imaging techniques. The intention of HDRI is to accurately represent the wide range of intensity levels found in real scenes ranging from direct sunlight to shadows. HDRI is commonly used in the real estate and architectural photography markets due to its advantage of properly exposing both window and room areas simultaneously. It is also used in the creation of landscapes and indoor scenes with windows. |
