Parking

Parking is available in the student lots and in the parking garage. Please allow time for travel and parking. Expect delays due to traffic and additional security measures.

Parking

Metrorail is the preferred means of transportation to and from the graduation event.

Metrorail & Metro Mover:
Take Metrorail ($2) to Government Center station. Proceed to the Metromover (FREE), Inner Loop for the most direct route and get off at Knight Center. Down escalators take you to theĀ  Miami Tower lobby. Turn right off the escalator and proceed to the Knight Center/Hyatt Regency via the air-conditioned, covered walkway.

Wolfson Campus Parking Garage (Free)

You may park in the Wolfson Campus Parking Garage, located on NE Fifth Street, between NE First and NE Second Avenues. Once you park, exit the Parking Garage, walk across the street, and take the Metromover (no charge) to Government Center Station and then take the Metrorail to Knight Center.

Security Information

For security reasons, the following items will not be allowed:

  • Large bags
  • Noise makers
  • Large cameras
  • Tripods
  • Coolers
  • Balloons
  • Banners and baby strollers

In addition, cell phones must be turned off or set to vibrate only.
