Audience:        All Employees
Total Time:      2 hours
Prerequisite     None

If you have ever received the message in Outlook that your mailbox is over its limit you are probably already aware of the importance of efficiently and effectively managing your e-mail.  Unfortunately, many of us have received that message and are not quite sure what to do to assure that it doesn’t return in a matter of days or, sometimes, hours.  In this workshop we will examine what measures to take immediately following the “over limit” message (or before) and what to do over time to keep it from coming back.

As a result of successful completion of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Empty the "trash" in Outlook
  • Clean out the Sent Items area
  • Add the "size" field to the Inbox and other Outlook views
  • Set up features to organize their Outlook mailbox
  • Use a checklist (provided in class) to avoid going over the Outlook Size Limit
