Description:

This workshop will be an introduction to the new faculty schedule program.  Participants will learn how to set up monthly, weekly, and semester schedules to hang on their office doors. Participants will learn to enter their calculated campus, college, and teaching hours and have the schedule verify the hours. 

Objectives

 As a result of successful completion of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Fill in their class load and overload hours
  • Fill in college campus, office, and release time hours
  • Understand schedule “Error” messages
  • Complete a semester schedule given weekly changes
