Description:
Wednesday - 9 to Noon: (in lab)
This session will provide a thorough review of HTML coding best
practices using an actual email campaign. The example will include both images and text and will be developed
form scratch in the training session.
Wednesday - 1 to 5pm: (individual work in
offices)
In this session, Fulcrum Tech's trainer will provide individualized,
personal support to MDC staff as they code an email form scratch,
leveraging their notes from the morning session.
Thursday - 9 to 1pm:
This session will be a continuation of the afternoon session of Day 1.
Thursday - 1 to 5pm (in lab)
FulcrumTech will provide a presentation summarizing the most frequent or
important issues identified during the hands-on exercise. As part of the
presentation, the trainer will present recommendations or additional
training necessary for addressing.
The trainer will the review, step by step, how to take the completely
coded email and perform all necessary rendering, content, and other
testing prior to approving it for release.

Registration for CT&D workshops are through the Student Information and Registration system. The process for registering for a CTD workshop will be the same as registering for a regular class at MDC.
You can access the Registration System and register for a CTD workshop using the same user name and password that use to login to your computer. Example: Richard Johnson would be rjohnson (You will NOT need to create a separate student myMDC account to register for a CTD workshop)
Make a note of the Reference Number for the workshop then go to Registration Instructions
Once you have registered for a class, you can print your schedule. Please make every effort to attend once you've registered as seats are limited. However, If you need to drop, you can also do this through the Web Registration screen. CTD classes will appear on your transcript as non-credit classes.
