Description:
In recognition of North Campus Full-Time Employees - their dedication
and hard work - the North Campus Staff Day will provide opportunities to
learn how to foster professional development, personal motivation, and
general wellness. From learning to write effective resumes to
experiencing line-dancing, you are sure to find this event informative
and fun.
Two afternoon sessions will be offered one
focusing on professional development and one focusing on personal
motivation and wellness-related activities.
The first session will offer: Effective Resume Writing, Budgeting and
Your Psychology of Spending, Key Elements of Excel & Outlook, Advancing
Your Career and Effective Team Players.
The second session will be focused on wellness and will offer an interactive workshop on learning Personal Motivation through the art of juggling and opportunities to learn about the new North Campus Wellness Center and experience Water Aerobics, Boot Camp, Self-Defense, Yoga and other wellness activities.

Registration for CT&D workshops are through the Student Information and Registration system. The process for registering for a CTD workshop will be the same as registering for a regular class at MDC.
You can access the Registration System and register for a CTD workshop using the same user name and password that use to login to your computer. Example: Richard Johnson would be rjohnson (You will NOT need to create a separate student myMDC account to register for a CTD workshop)
Make a note of the Reference Number for the workshop then go to Registration Instructions
Once you have registered for a class, you can print your schedule. Please make every effort to attend once you've registered as seats are limited. However, If you need to drop, you can also do this through the Web Registration screen. CTD classes will appear on your transcript as non-credit classes.
