Body of War (USA,81 min.) Director: Phil Donahue & Ellen Spiro Cast: Tomas Young, Sen. Robert Byrd, Cindy Sheehan A disabled war veteran campaigns for peace in this heartrending documentary, a Born on the 4th of July for the Iraq generation. Co-directed by Phil Donahue-and featuring a number of original songs by Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder-the film deftly juxtaposes the physical struggles of paralyzed ex-soldier Tomas Young against Washington's dangerously misguided war rhetoric.
