The mission of the Miami Dade College, Hialeah Campus Student Government Association is to represent the student body and act as catalyst for positive change. The S.G.A. students insure representation within the college community, realize the benefits of unified action, promote democratic citizenship, accurately represent the student body, and provide a forum for the enactment of policies beneficial for the students at the Hialeah Campus.

S.G.A. serves as a voice and advocate for the student body at the campus and at state-wide meetings and communicate all student concerns, ideas, and suggestions to the administration.
They provide accessible information to students of policy changes as well as campus and community activities.

S.G.A. creates a fun environment that celebrates diversity, encourages student success, and nurtures personal growth for the Hialeah Campus Family.
