Ready to join? Great! The pre-requisites are as follows: • Currently be enrolled at Miami-Dade College • Complete at least 12 credits of college level courses • Have a 3.5 or greater Grade Point Average     Once you've got that covered you can apply in person by contacting Prof. Correa or our chapter president Paige Stout (check the contact page). They'll be needing the following from you! • THIS PTK application form. (Print it out, fill it out, you're good to go!) • A check for $75.00 payable to Phi Theta Kappa • An UNofficial college transcript (easily obtained through MDC's website)     Good luck!!
