Metro-Rail Program

The College offers full-time employees the opportunity to obtain the Metro-Rail pass through pre-tax payroll deduction. The cost of this pass is the employee's responsibility and premiums are paid one month in advance.

This program, which has two components, a) transportation Easy Card and b) parking pass is available at a discounted rate to all full-time employees.  An Easy card is assigned to each employee and sent to the Bursar's office at your campus for one time pick up. However, parking permits must be picked up the last week of each month at the Bursar's office . The EASY Card is reloadable and is valid for three (3) years.

• Metro-Rail Pass (College cost is $100.00 per month/$50.00 semi-monthly)
• Each Easy Card cost is $2.00 every 3 years
• Replacement card cost is $2.00

The Metro-Rail pass benefit is a pre-tax deduction which cannot be cancelled until the College's Open Enrollment period.

This program is available at a discounted rate to all full-time employees. To qualify for a 25% discount on Employer Discount Program (EDP) Monthly or 12-Trip tickets, fill out the application form and mail it to Tri-Rail. You may e-mail Benefits to obtain an application.
