The College's Open Enrollment Period for the Group Benefits Programs was October 24 through November 14, 2012 (11:59 p.m.). This was the time of the year when you were able to move freely from one plan to another or enroll (if you are not participating) in the benefit programs listed below. All changes are effective January 1, 2013. Employees and their dependents (if eligible) who are not currently participating under one of our group benefit plans may enroll or be added to these plans:

• Health Care Insurance - Aetna HealthCare (No Rate Change for HMO, Decrease in Rates for POS. $5 Increase in Prescription Copay.)
• Dental Insurance - Humana Dental (No Change in Rates or Benefits)
• Disability Insurance - "Assurant Company" (Medical Questionnaire Required to Add or Increase Coverage)
• Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts (HRA & DRA) - No Automatic Renewal, MUST Re-enroll Every Year
• Legal Services - ARAG Legal Services (Rates and Plan Benefits Remain the Same)
• Life Insurance - "The Hartford" (Medical Questionnaire Required to Add or Increase Coverage)
• Long Term Care - CNA (No Medical Questionnaire Required this Open Enrollment)
• Sick Leave Pool Membership - MDC Program
• Tax Shelter Annuity 403(b) Plan - "TSA" (New Limits for 2013)
