| Non-Instructional - Tuition Reimbursement Form for Non-Instructional Employees |
- Eligible at the start of any term in which begins after completion of two (2) years of continuous employment.
- Must pass the course with a grade of "B" or higher.
- All courses must be approved in advanced.
- Eight (8) credits for each semester (Fall, Spring, Summer session A/B combined).
- Employees on approved leave excluded
- All courses must be completed at a regionally accredited institution of higher education (public or private).
- Employees possessing a Bachelor's degree may only take graduate level courses.

- Eligible at the start of the next major term (Fall or Spring) following ninety (90) days of continuous full-time employment.
- Up to 24 credits per academic year.
- All courses must be approved in advance by submitting the application with all required signatures by the established guidelines.
- Must pass the course with a grade of "C" or higher or “pass” in a pass/fail grading system.
- Reimbursed for graduate credits only.
- Faculty on approved leave excluded.

- Available to FT employees and their eligible dependents.
- Program does not include the cost of lab fee, special fees or books. Application fee is waived for all FT employees as stated in Procedure 1170.

| Tuition Waiver For Active Employees |

- Eligible at the start of the next major term (Fall or Spring) following six (6) months of continuous full-time employment.
- Maximum number of credits approved for FT employee is eight (8) per MDC semester (Fall, Spring, Summer A/B combined)

- Eligible at the start of the next major term (Fall or Spring) following ninety (90) days of continuous full-time employment.
- Maximum number of credits approved for FT employee is six (6) credits per MDC term (Fall, Spring, Summer session A and B).

| Tuition Waiver For Dependents |
- Eligibility based on employee criteria stated above.
- Must remain in good academic standing according to current procedures
- Responsible for payment of MDC application fees, lab fees, special fees and books.
- No limitation on number of credits per term.
