* Due to variations in the C2 and A2 payroll calendars for Support, Non-Exempt (SNE) personnel, the Payroll Department has created a new Pay Calendar entitled C2-S2 which is based on a consistent 260 work days.

All Staff Non-Exempt personnel who were on the A2, 261 work day calendar will be moved to the new C2-S2 calendar, effective June 13, 2008 (see attached list for your area). The purpose of the new calendar is to ensure that payroll and daily rates for all SNEs are based on a consistent 260 work days each year, rather than having a mix of some on one calendar and some on another.

The 2008/2009 Payroll Schedule includes the new C2-S2 calendar. Recording leave time in Odyssey Time and Attendance remains the same. The C2-S2 calendar "period paid" matches with the A2 Calendar.
