Holidays/Recess Periods 2008-2009
Instructional personnel on basic year contract are scheduled to work Fall, Spring, Summer Session A or Fall, Spring, Summer Session B based on student and program needs. If instructional personnel work during a non-scheduled six-week term, they are paid at the overload rate.
All full-time faculty, professional exempt/contractual (PEC), professional exempt/non-contractual (PENC), and staff/non-exempt (SNE) personnel shall observe the specific holidays and recess period(s) adopted by the District Board of Trustees on an annual basis. The 2008-2009 Calendar for full-time employees is as follows:
