Must have a grade of B or better in ENC 1101 or ENC 1102. A Degree Audit will be attached to each RPA.

Must have a grade of A in ENC 1101 or B or better in a writing class higher than ENC1101. A Degree Audit will be attached to each RPA.

Must have met the requirements for the second level AND must have worked for 6 months AND shown evidence of effective performance.

Employees are eligible for additional incentive as follows: An Associate's degree an additional .25 cents per hour, a Bachelor's an additional .50 cents per hour; a Master's an additional $1.00 per hour; and a Doctorate's an additional $1.50 per hour. An original official transcript is required to receive this adjustment. The effective date of the adjustment will be the following pay period after receipt of the transcript in Human Resources. These rate increases for educational degrees are a one-time adjustment only. A transcript must accompany all RPA packages for part-time applicants being employed in this category who are attending college.

No one can start at the third level without 6 months of experience as a note taker.
