Note: Employees are eligible for additional incentive as follows: An Associate's degree an additional .25 cents per hour, a Bachelor's an additional .50 cents per hour; a Master's an additional $1.00 per hour; and a Doctorate's an additional $1.50 per hour. An original official transcript is required to receive this adjustment. The effective date of the adjustment will be the following pay period after receipt of the transcript in Human Resources. These rate increases for educational degrees are a one-time adjustment only. An unofficial transcript must accompany all Reqeust for Personnel Action packages for part-time applicants being employed in this category who are attending college.
