Note: Employees are eligible for an additional educational incentive as follows:
Associate’s degree: .25 cents per hour
Bachelor’s degree: .50 cents per hour
Master’s degree: $1.00 per hour
Doctorate’s degree: $1.50 per hour
An original official transcript is required to receive this adjustment. The effective date of the adjustment will be the next available pay period following receipt of the transcript in Human Resources. The rate increase for an educational degree is applied based on the minimum requirements within the grid level. An official transcript must accompany all Request for Personnel Action packages for applicants with higher education degree.
