Salary incentive will be awarded for degrees; tutors will be given degree incentive based on education only if they have no experience. AA/AS – 25 cents, BA/BS – 50 cents, MA/MS - $1.00 PhD. $1.50. Employees with no experience should start at $8.19 and official transcripts show degree earned, give appropriate degree incentive amount.
