Hourly Range - $8.35 - $16.87 (Effective January 1, 2013)

TUTOR II	8304	C1	57000	$8.77	Must have a High school diploma, completed 15 college credits, and have a minimum of six (6) months tutoring and/or teaching experience
TUTOR III	8304	C1	57000	$9.03	Must have a High school diploma, completed 30 college credits, and have a minimum of one (1) year tutoring and/or teaching experience
TUTOR IV	8304	C1	57000	$9.66	Must have a High school diploma, completed 30 college credits, and have a minimum of eighteen (18) months tutoring and/or teaching experience
TUTOR V/ SUPERVISOR	8304	C1	57000	$10.58	Must have a High school diploma and 30 college credits and have a minimum of eighteen (18) months tutoring and/or teaching with some supervisory experience
TUTOR VI	8304	C1	57000	$10.97	Must have an Associate degree or have completed 60 college credits and have a minimum of two (2) years tutoring and/or teaching experience
TUTOR VII	8304	C1	57000	$11.15	Must have an Associate degree or have completed 60 college credits and have a minimum of two and one half (2 1/2) years tutoring and/or teaching experience
TUTOR VIII/SUPERVISOR	8304	C1	57000	$12.05	Must have an Associate degree or have completed 60 college credits and have a minimum of two and one half (2 1/2) years tutoring and/or teaching experience with a minimum of six (6) months supervisory experience
TUTOR IX/SUPERVISOR	8304	C1	57000	$13.74	Must have a Bachelor’s degree
TUTOR X/SUPERVISOR	8304	C1	57000	$16.87	Must have a Master’s/Doctorate degree or Specialized Certification (i.e., nursing, computing/networking)

Note: Employees are eligible for an additional educational incentive as follows:

Associate’s degree: .25 cents per hour
Bachelor’s degree: .50 cents per hour
Master’s degree: $1.00 per hour
Doctorate’s degree: $1.50 per hour

An original official transcript is required to receive this adjustment. The effective date of the adjustment will be the next available pay period following receipt of the transcript in Human Resources. The rate increase for an educational degree is applied based on the minimum requirements within the grid level. An official transcript must accompany all Request for Personnel Action packages for applicants with higher education degree.
