Hiring Process Guidelines

Step 1 - To post a position, you need: An approved Personnel Requisition Form Email job description to our Employment Coordinator Approvals required (Guidelines) The approved Personnel Requisition must be submitted to the Compensation Department for processing by Friday for posting to take place the following Friday. Step 2 - What is the recruitment process? We post all approved positions on our web site on a daily basis or as received. Employment will provide access to the Employment Application database to the "refer to" person listed on the Personnel Requisition form.  This person must provide access to the committee members, following the instructions in the automated email. All applicants can be reviewed using the online Employment Application database. Please review the Hiring Process Guidelines for more detailed information. Step 3 - Advertising a job means recruiting. Recruiting occurs in several ways, depending on the position.
