Miami Dade College prides itself on the personal connection our dedicated faculty members make with students. We offer many Associate in Arts (A.A.) and Associate in Science (A.S.) degrees that are designed to help prospective teachers develop a solid foundation of concepts, theories, and principles associated with effective teaching and learning. The guiding philosophy of the School of Education program is that learning to teach is an interactive, continuous, and developmental process. Our programs articulate with all Florida state universities.
