International students from over 130 countries have chosen to study at Miami-Dade College. We welcome students from around the world, because we know that a mixture of international viewpoints enriches the academic experience for those visiting us as well as for those in our community.
Nonimmigrant alien students (F-1 students) have special requirements. In short, the admissions requirements are:
- admission form
- US$20.00 admission fee
- official transcripts of secondary and postsecondary education
- statement of financial support for US $17,500.00
- health insurance
These requirements must be completed 60 days prior to the term in which you plan to enroll and must be submitted to the Admissions Office.
