To utilize Audio & Video Services, an Audio & Video Electronic Request is required along with consultation before work can begin. Clients will be contacted to schedule a consultation within 24 – 48 business hours of placing an electronic request. Copyrighted material cannot be dupilcated in any form or distributed.

Deadline for Work Order Submissions: 2 Months from the time the approved Audio & Video request form is received.

Please review our Work Order Policy before submitting an electronic request. Work Orders will be cancelled if above guidelines are not followed.
