To utilize Event Support Services, an Event Support Electronic Request is required along with consultation before work can begin. Clients will be contacted to schedule a consultation within 24 – 48 business hours of placing an electronic request. Reserving a room for an event is the client's responsibility.
Please review our Work Order Policy before submitting an electronic request. Work Orders will be cancelled if above guidelines are not followed.
