Writing Black from the School of American Studies. Offers a list of African American literature resources on the web in a general format as well as author specific ones.
The purpose of this web site is to provide the reader with a comprehensive guide to African American Literature during the Twentieth Century. Here, you will find over 75 novels, poems, autobiographies, and essays along with summaries of the selected literature. Also, we have provided you with some significant events of each decade and the literary themes that African American authors were writing about during that decade.
From Bluefield State College Library. This site includes several resources in culture, literary movements, literary sites, women writers, etc.
University of Virginia offers a site with links to all major African American electronic classical texts. Read poems, short stories, speeches, books, etc. fully online.

Osaka University Language and Culture Dept. provides a very comprehensive site that details bibliographies, biographies, individual author's list site, etc. Very well arranged and user friendly.
