The New Student Center is a unit within the Student Services Division where new students may obtain information on the College and Campus. The New Student Center serves students in one location, to assess the students’ needs and interests and provide them with the preliminary information and guidance that will help them succeed. Students will receive information regarding admissions, financial aid, testing and program options.

Orientation at Miami Dade College is a vital component of Student Services that provides new and returning students with essential information and resources to help them navigate the college systems and to be successful students.
  Students enrolled in the New Student Orientation Sessions will be asked to complete an on-line evaluation to determine if the information presented was clearly understood.
