Institutional Research

MDC's office of Institutional Research combines several functions under one unit:

  • State and federal reporting
  • Data support for grants
  • Data support for Workforce Development
  • Curriculum evaluation
  • Evaluation of Student Support Services
  • Enrollment projections
  • Accountability and Outcomes Assessment
Institutional Research also conducts impact studies, research of interest to individual campuses, and research in support of college-wide initiatives. Our office provides major support for Institutional Effectiveness Model, Strategic Planning, Enrollment Management and Program Review.
Researchers must obtain Authorization to Conduct Research before starting any research at Miami Dade College.
