"The key to successful teaching lies in motivating students to learn. We should facilitate students' learning by showing them how to succeed: by helping students establish personal learning goals; by teaching course objectives using technologies and strategies geared to address students with different learning styles needs; by offering multiple opportunities to succeed in a non-threatening environment; by teaching students to monitor their learning; and by creating a climate of patience and respect."
Sincerely,
Professor Judith Garcia
