Music - The art of arranging sounds in time so as to produce a continuous, unified, and evocative composition, as through melody, harmony, rhythm, and timbre. Vocal or instrumental sonds possessing a degree of melody, harmony, or rythm.
Theater or Theatre- A building, room, or outdoor structure for the presentation of plays, films, or other dramatic performances. Dramatic literature or its performance.
Dance - To move rhythmically usually to music, using prescribed or improvised steps and gestures.

Rodester Brandon is a National Board Certified Teacher specializing in instrumental music. He is also a frequent guest conductor and adjudicator at various music festivals.
He has enjoyed a distinguished teaching career that began in 1981 and has served as a band director throughout the state of Florida, most recently, at the New World School of the Arts.
Mr. Brandon currently serves on the board of the Greater Miami Youth Symphony and has also served as a state board member of the Florida Bandmasters Association.
Professor Brandon has been with the Miami Dade College family since 2006.
