The Office of Events
and Rentals is responsible for coordinating all arrangements
for use of all athletic facilities, Conference Center, McCarthy
Hall Theater, and other facilities on the Campus for various
events by external and internal groups.
This includes meeting with appropriate personnel,
establishing fee schedules, preparing all related documentation,
maintaining requisite files, budget records/reports associated with
facilities rentals and use. The Department is involved in extensive
contact with external organizations and internal departments for
use of facilities; responding to numerous phone call requests and
scheduling individual appointments involving reservations, information
about availability of facilities, rental fees.
MISSION STATEMENT
The Miami Dade College Kendall Campus Office of Events and Rentals is committed
to provide quality service in reserving and managing Kendall Campus facilities
for our students, faculty, staff and the surrounding communities.
