Hall Theater, Room 6120, is used for theater productions, recitals,
concerts, classes, seminars, workshops, and lectures. Seating
capacity is 300, expandable to 350 with use of side box seat
areas and movable chairs. Regular seating consists of comfortable,
upholstered tablet arm chairs.
The lower orchestra and upper orchestra sections are divided by a wide walkway.
Each of those sections is divided into three seating areas - separated by two
aisles. Access to the stage from the lower orchestra section is provided by stairs
on either side of the stage.
The facility is equipped with a projection booth, screen, and lighting system,
and the stage area can be set up with risers, choral shells and sets as required.
Audio-visual and lighting technicians support the Theater operations through
the Media Services Department located on the Kendall Campus.
