Welcome to Health and Wellness

 

The Wellness & Fitness Center of the Miami-Dade College, Kendall Campus, is centralized under the Department of Biology, Health & Wellness. The Employee Wellness Center provides a work-out area for faculty and staff. The Student Fitness Center is available free of charge to all Kendall Campus students. Personnel will provide fitness testing, assessment and instructional supervision in both Centers.

The Mission

The Wellness & Fitness Center of the Miami-Dade College, Kendall Campus, is committed to the health and wellness of its members. Through our assessments, we will guide you to an understanding of your current state of health and help you develop fitness and nutritional goals. Through our programs, we will help you meet those goals.
