CNS normal business hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. In addition, CNS offers extended hours for classroom support as follows: Monday through Friday between 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am– 4:30 pm, and Sunday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

Helpdesk support may be obtained in any of the four ways listed below.

  1. Online ( ) Requests can be made via the Web 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will be processed the next business day during normal business hours. This is the most efficient way to request services.
  2. E-mail ( ) E-mail requests are processed during normal business hours.
  3. Phone (305) 237-2620, phone service is available during normal business hours. Messages left on the voicemail system during business hours are processed as soon as possible. Messages left outside of normal business hours will be processed the next business day.
  4. Walk in (Building 6, Room 6325) Walk-in service is available during normal business hours.

Note: When calling or emailing CNS Technical Support, please have the following information available: name, room number, extension, a description of the problem or request, and the property control number, which is located on the black & white barcode label on your equipment.
