TECHNICAL SUPPORT
The Kendall CNS Technical Support Center (305-237-2620) is provided for employees of the Kendall campus to call or email (ktechsupport@mdc.edu) to request technical support services related to hardware and/or software problems. It is our goal to respond to all calls in a professional and timely manner.
The CNS Technical Support Center hours of operation are 7:00am - 7:00pm, Monday - Thursday and 7:00am - 4:30pm on Fridays. The email for CNS Technical Support is ktechsupport@mdc.edu.
It is checked twice daily, once in the morning and once in the early afternoon. The Technical Support staff will call the person identified in the email. If we are unable to resolve your problem over the phone, a technician will be dispatched to your site. This technician will be responsible for resolving your problem.
When a computer or printer needs to be repaired, we will provide a loaner whenever possible. When calling or emailing CNS Technical Support, please have the following information available: name, room number, extension, a description of the problem or request, and the property control number, which is located on the black & white barcode label on your equipment.
