The Kendall CNS department is responsible for installing MDC licensed software on campus. To set up an appointment to install software, call the help desk at 305-237-2620 or fill out a help desk online form.

The following software are currently offered for staff and faculty:


> Microsoft Windows XP
> Macintosh 10.4.9 (Tiger)-10.5 (Leopard)
> Microsoft Office 2003
> Microsoft Office 2007
> Microsoft Publisher 2003
> McAfee VirusScan Ver. 8

Non-standard Software

Employees are allowed to install non-standard licensed software on the college computer. If you do, please remember that you must depend on the manufacturer's technical support for help with any problems you encounter.

If you call the HelpDesk for assistance we will give our best effort to solve your problem. However, if we can not solve your problem, don't be disappointed. If the computer crashes CNS will re-install the college standard image.
