Special Events and Relocations

CNS provides assistance for MDC College events that require internet connections, setup, or allocation of IT resources (computers, printers, and technical support).

Please submit your request at least 7 days prior to the event/relocation to ensure that adequate services are provided.  Requests that are submitted in less time of the recommended period may not be serviced if there is another activity that has been scheduled to take place on the same day of the event/relocation or if there is a shortage in resources (staff, equipment, etc).
