Campus Technology Services is responsible for the planning, implementation, installation, and support of all college, computers, peripheral devices, and network services.
Campus Technology Services (CTS) consists of three main areas: IT Asset Management which is responsible for getting the right technology, at the right hands, and at the right time. This group specializes in acquisition of new technology for the Kendall campus. They make sure the technology suits the needs of the constituents it serves, that it is compliant with the College's IT infrastructure, and that it can be supported by CTS technicians. The Technical Support group specializes in providing multimedia classroom as well as desktop support via remote or onsite technicians. Their main focus is troubleshooting, repair, and installation of hardware and software. The Network Management team provides support to the servers and is responsible for data backup/recovery, security, equipment upgrades, and maintaining the organizational structure of all objects (printers, computers, folders, users etc.) across the Kendall network.
