ETCOTA is an exciting and innovative initiative designed to generate the high skill/high wage workforce for the Internet Coast: the counties of Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade.

Project Overview

ETCOTA a 40,000 square-foot space is a dynamic, state-of-the-art technology training center to rival any in the world. This facility is located on the Wolfson Campus, only two blocks from the NAP of the Americas.

The Miami-Dade College has taken advantage of the $7.92 million State of Florida grant received in 2001 by building and equipping this location with high tech networking infrastructure and equipment.

ETCOTA is part of the network of six MDC campuses, which provide an integrated answer to the need of qualified, high tech training throughout the Miami-Dade area.
