Filling out a Special Events Services Online Form without reserving or booking the room where the event will take place does not constitute a reservation of that room. You are required to book the room before filling out the Special Events Services Online Form to guarantee the delivery of the set up. To process the Video On Demand Online Form, you must put the Library of Congress category indicated on the drop down menu, tell us the title as you want it to appear and a Professor name, when applicable. |

To request our Video Conference services, please call Media Services at 305-237-2191 during regular office hours. At that point, a Media Services personnel will make sure that you can actually have your event on the day and the time you desire, based on room and equipment availability at Miami Dade College Kendall Campus, as well as other locations as required. |

Please inform the Media Services personnel the location that you will use at the same time that you are soliciting the Video Conference service. If you do not have a location, please call Events & Rentals at 305-237-2383 to reserve a location. |
